At a young age Eva started diving into music as a classical pianist. With 14 she discovered electronic music and found her passion in producing it soon after. After studying music production and audio engineering in Switzerland, she founded her own label, started DJ-ing, began to sell her own instrumentals and vocal samples, produced for and collabed with other artists. Since having a broad variety of preferences regarding genres, Ev. decided to be characterized with her unique style to have no style instead of determining to a single bounding category. Her first album “UNKRAUT” was therefore meant to be a rebellion against gatekeeping music and drawing too harsh lines between the nowadays exorbitant diversity of music tendencies. With a range from Dancehall, Psytrance, Pop, DnB, Acid Core and more, Ev. used this release as a chance to explore producing in as many genres as possible.
